This program, brought to you by the Family Ministry Office, provides the opportunity to increase your self-awareness and to learn specific skills for building positive self esteem.
Take responsibility for your thoughts and feelings.

When: Tuesday September 22 – November 24, 2026
TIME: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Where: Chancery Office, 700 King Street West Hamilton Cost: $35 for materials. Our payment system is down so you may bring the fee when you attend the first session.
Registration is for one person at a time.
If you are registering more than 1 person, including a spouse, you must do a separate registration to be sure they show up on our participant list.
