The Marriage Enrichment workshops are designed for couples who want to enrich their relationship and who wish to connect on a deeper level with their spouse. These enrichment sessions are meant to allow couples to spend focused time together allowing them to reconnect, learn new tools to support their relationship and learn what elements, including more closely connecting with God, play a role in maintaining a happy, healthy marriage.
What is Marriage Enrichment?
A chance to take time for yourselves as a couple
An opportunity to explore your life together
A time for communication just between husband and wife
There will be no group sharing session of personal information, thoughts or feelings
Who is it for?
Couples of all ages
Couples who sincerely wish to grow closer
NOTE: These marriage enrichment opportunities are meant to build stronger marriages, however for couples experiencing troubled marriages we recommend you consider attending a Retrouvaille program, which will offer greater assistance for your needs.
What happens during an Enrichment Program?
Generally there will a presentation with follow-up time for each couple to discuss privately what has been heard. Through these discussions the couple deepens their own communication and experiences greater joy in their marriage.
When and where is the next Marriage Enrichment?
The Fine Art of Being Happily Married – In his poem, The Art of Marriage, Wilfred A. Peterson writes, “A good marriage must be created” and creating something requires time and attention. We invite you to take the time, with your spouse, to find new and creative ways to increase your connection with each other, to discover fresh techniques for being in relationship and to deepen the love you already share.
