Highlights from the 2024 Wedding Anniversary Mass

The most beautiful sound filled the Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King on the afternoon of Sunday, May 26th, 2024. Following their renewal of vows, 350 married couples shared a kiss.

The Wedding Anniversary Mass, put together by our Family Ministry Office, celebrates couples from the Diocese celebrating 25, 40, 50 and 60 or more years of marriage. There were even sixteen couples celebrating 70 or more years of marriage, with both Angelo and Jean Accadia and Joseph and Lee Fiamelli celebrating their seventy-sixth wedding anniversaries this year.

The Mass was full of joy and love, with principal celebrant Bishop Crosby and concelebrating priests, including Basilica Rector, Reverend David Wynen.
