Kylie is a student who exemplifies the school motto of excellence in athletics, education and religion. She has been on many basketball, volleyball, badminton and ultimate frisbee teams in her years at St. Thomas More. Her teams have made it to and won championships.

Kylie has been on the honour roll for the past four years and earned her SHSM qualification. She has achieved her DELF accreditation this year. Kylie has been on the United Against Racism committee and has been a prefect for the past two years. She has been a participant of the Best Buddies celebrations at school. Kylie well represents the type of quality students who attend St. Thomas More.

The Diocese of Hamilton Award is given to a student in the graduating class in every high school across the Diocese at the end of every school year. The Award recognizes a student in the graduating class who has attained high academic proficiency and exemplifies Catholic leadership qualities, Christian values and a commitment to service in the community.
