THE INDIGENOUS RECONCILIATION FUND collection will take place in Parishes across the Diocese this weekend. All funds collected are added to the Diocese’s previous $4 million commitment to the Fund. To this point, our Diocesan IRF advisory group has supported several local Indigenous-led healing and reconciliation projects locally, in addition to a few in remote northern areas of the country. Operating nationally since 2022, the IRF has funded dozens of healing and reconciliation projects across Canada and is on track to exceed its original $30 million national commitment. For more information, visit the website. Please support this worthwhile initiative.
