RCIA 101 – Introduction to the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults for Parish Facilitators

The Liturgy Office of the Diocese of Hamilton is please to offer a four (4) part Introduction to the Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA) workshop for directors or leaders of parish RCIA teams. The workshops will provide an understanding of the Rites, Resources and Administration that enable RCIA within a parish. Participants must be available for all four Tuesday evening sessions.
This workshop will be limited to 25 participants due to space constraints.
Registration will close on Friday, September 11th, 2026 at noon.

Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026 - Precatechumenate and Catechumenate
Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 - Period of Purification and Enlightenment (Rite of Election, Scrutinies)
Tuesday, October 6th, 2026 - Mystagogy, Minor Rite, Roles, Responsibilities, Resources
Time: 7pm - 9pm
