Catholic Women’s League: Hamilton Diocesan Council meets for their 106th Annual Meeting of Members and Convention

More than 250 members of the Hamilton Diocesan Council of the Catholic Women’s League gathered in Brantford and Paris, Ontario, from May 29–31 for their 106th Annual Meeting of Members and Convention.

Bishop Joseph Dabrowski joined CWL members for the opening celebrations, sharing in fellowship with attendees and presiding at the Opening Mass. In his homily, he reflected on the theme, “Sparkle God’s Way as Beacons of Hope and Light to All,” encouraging members to continue sharing Christ’s light through their words, actions, and service in their families, parishes, and communities.

The convention welcomed more than 250 participants from across the Diocese, including a record 70 first-time attendees, for a weekend of faith, leadership, learning, and service.
