A 6-week program using Dr. Bill Webster’s grief material, this program is intended to help you to understand your grief and provides practical tips for helping you through. In Hamilton, this program is offered twice a year, in the Spring and Fall and all are welcome to attend. Programs are provided by trained facilitators.
