Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Hamilton believes in fostering and promoting apostolic works in various aspects of diocesan life through various courses and services.
Cancellations to any course will be considered if the request is made prior to the registration deadline. However, no cancellations are entertained if the request is placed after the course has taken place.
To request a refund, simply contact us with the details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email if you registered on line) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take your feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve quality of service.
Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full.
All refunds will be subject to:
- A $20.00 administration fee for each registration
- There will be no refunds for registrations under $20.00
For a refund to be processed the request must be submitted to the office prior to the registration deadline.
