Triduum Cantors Workshop
Who is it for?
This workshop is for all cantor’s who will sing the psalms during the celebration of the Easter Triduum. The proclamation of the Word is a central feature of the rites of the Three Great Days and cantor’s have a special role in the proclamation of the Psalms.
Description:
Participants in this workshop will have an opportunity to study and analyse the psalms which the Church has selected for the celebration of the Easter Triduum and explore ways to effectively interpret them in their sung presentation, so that the entire assembly is able to draw spiritual nourishment from these sacred texts.
Details:
Cost: $10.00 per person.
Facilitators: Members of the Diocesan Music Commission.
