Training for Providing Grief Programs
What to Say When Lost for Words: Dr. Bill Webster will help you to understand the reason behind reactions that grieving people exhibit. Will provide practical communication skills to assist in the early stages of grief (perhaps even first contact) for someone you are supporting, working with or caring for. Often the parish or school is the first responder for a family experiencing a loss. How we respond can make a difference for the person grieving. This workshop will provide tools and knowledge on how to deal with grieving people during those important initial contacts after a loss.
