St. Michael Catholic Church Grief Support Group

Have you experienced the loss of a loved one, or another significant loss?
Learn, share and socialize with others who are a similar journey.

Program #1 Spring and Fall (6 consecutive weeks on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm)
Join our Grief Support Program Group Oct. 19-Nov. 30
During this time we will cover the theory behind grief, with time to share and socialize.

Program #2 Monthly Informal Grief Support Group
Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of every month
(September 14, October 12, November 9, December 14 2022) at 7:00 pm
for an informal gathering to learn, share and socialize.

Bereaved Families of Ontario

Bereaved Families of Ontario-South Central Region is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide well organized, and professionally supervised, self-help/ mutual support programs for bereaved families who have lost a member through death.

Friends in Grief Hamilton 

Friends in Grief (FIG), was established in 1985 and became incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1989. In 2015, FIG began their dissolution as a charitable organization. FIG is a service offered by our community partner Bay Gardens Funeral Home. We continue to offer bereavement assistance, at no cost, to all bereaved individuals. We will continue to provide valuable support and programs to anyone over eighteen years of age who requires assistance with their grief. To contact, call (905) 318-0059 or email fig@baygardens.ca
