Custodian / Handy Person: Part Time
St. Louis Parish in Waterloo requires a Custodian/Handy Person: Part Time. Reporting to the Pastor, the position requires a flexible time commitment averaging 9 hours a week. This position offers competitive compensation with a great work environment.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- - Ensures that the Church, hall, and gym and related facilities and equipment are maintained in a clean, and safe condition.
- - Facilitates required repairs and maintenance for the Parish buildings, equipment and grounds as required.
- - Ensures that seasonal cleaning is completed to maintain the required standards of cleanliness.
- - Coordinates the organization and set-up of facilities for various Parish functions.
