The office of the Comptroller is responsible to the Bishop for the management of the financial and accounting function, the Diocese’s governance structure, and the ongoing planning for the financial wellbeing of the Diocese and its Parishes.

The office provides direct support and advice to the clergy, parishes, and employees on a broad range of areas, including capital budgeting, insurance and certain Human Resource policies.

The Bishop may also delegate to the Comptroller clearly delineated functions in addition to those already mentioned.
